Full-Time Sales Consultant – College HUNKS Hauling Junk & Moving
College HUNKS Hauling Junk & Moving is looking for a motivated, people-focused Sales Consultant to join our Washington, DC team. This is a full-time sales role for someone who enjoys meeting customers, building trust, closing opportunities, and being part of a fast-paced, high-energy team.
This role includes a guaranteed weekly base pay of $900, paid every Friday, plus commissions and performance bonuses. Annual base pay is $46,800, with expected total earnings of $60,000–$80,000+ based on performance. Top performers have the opportunity to earn more.
We provide the tools you need to succeed, including a work phone, iPad, laptop, and company vehicle for use during working hours.
What You’ll Do
As a Sales Consultant, you’ll meet with prospective customers, understand their moving or junk removal needs, recommend the right services, and help turn opportunities into booked jobs. You’ll be responsible for following up with leads, building relationships, delivering a great customer experience, and helping grow revenue for the location.
You’ll work closely with our operations and leadership teams to make sure customers receive a professional, stress-free experience from estimate to completion.
Responsibilities
- Meet with customers and provide professional, consultative sales estimates
- Follow up with leads and open opportunities to drive booked revenue
- Build trust with customers through strong communication and service
- Recommend the right moving, junk removal, or labor services based on customer needs
- Use company-provided technology to manage leads, estimates, communication, and follow-up
- Represent the College HUNKS brand with professionalism, energy, and confidence
- Partner with operations to ensure a smooth handoff and great customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and follow-up tasks
- Uphold our Brand Promise to our clients: deliver stress-free moving and junk removal through HUNKS who are Honest, Uniformed, Nice, Knowledgeable, and Service-focused — every client, every job, every time.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A motivated, competitive, goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to build trust quickly and close opportunities
- Sales experience preferred, but not required
- Comfortable using phones, tablets, laptops, and CRM systems
- Professional appearance and strong commitment to representing the brand well
- Valid driver’s license required for company vehicle use during working hours
- Full-time availability and ability to manage a fast-paced sales schedule
