About You:

Do you have energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for excellence? We are seeking a driven individual that is motivated by client satisfaction and continued success to join our IT Business Area at our Headquarter offices in Tampa.

This role is responsible for serving, as a technical support for all HQ and Franchisee’s for all desktop support and IT technical support and issues. You will provide day-to-day operational support and technical support to our team of staff and end users.  You will also offer feedback and recommendations to management regarding overall operational performance.

Essential Duties:

  • Performs technical support for internal desktop systems software and hardware with minimal supervision.
  • Install, configure and troubleshoot desktop systems and workstations.
  • Maintains passwords, data integrity and file system security for the desktop environment.
  • Communicates highly technical information to both technical and nontechnical team personnel.
  • Will conduct training programs designed to educate an organization's computer users about basic and specialized applications.
  • Utilize ticketing systems to quickly and effectively assist end users with software and hardware issues.
  • Participate in team huddles.
  • Create technical documents and maintain knowledge base articles on software and hardware.
  • Conduct training on new process, procedures, technology and support new hire assimilation.
  • Will participate in development of information technology and infrastructure projects.
  • Rapid response and ownership of issues and requests reported by customers via case management system, telephone, email or video chat.
  • Investigate system problems and provide solutions using product knowledge.

 

Required Education and Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Desktop Support working directly with end users.
  • Broad-based technical support expertise across major product lines including Windows platform and preferred experience in CISCO Contact Center platform.
  • Working knowledge of CRM and ERP systems.
  • Ability to teach highly technical content to users with any level of experience.
  • Effective problem solving skills, especially in high urgency situations.
  • Available to work during the day, at night and on weekends as scheduled (shift changes will be made with advanced notice).
