We are seeking a driven individual that is motivated by helping others succeed.  College Hunks Franchising is looking for a dynamic individual to fill our Sales Coach role who will embody College Hunks Core Values and deliver a world class sales program to our newest Franchisee locations.

The ideal candidate has experience planning, designing and developing highly effective Sales programs, in support of new Franchise locations using the most efficient and effective sales methodologies.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support 25 new franchisees per year and additional franchisees as assigned.
  • Implement training and development strategies to enhance the performance of new franchise owners.
    • Lead weekly 1 hour coaching calls for 26 weeks on program utilizing technology and assessments to drive sales efforts to rapid, breakthrough sales results
    • Conduct in-person site visit and lead sales initiatives with franchisees to include sales walk-ins, follow-ups and hands-on marketing activities
    • Provide coaching and sales skills in collaboration with corporate staff
    • Ensure new owner is fluent in the application of all aspects of new Franchise training.
    • Identifies performance gaps/barriers and recommends learning initiatives to mitigate delays
  • Assist Franchisees with revenue generation through effective sales processes
    • Coach/train franchise owner/sales staff through all phases of sales & Marketing processes
  • Serve as conduit by working closely with corporate office and franchise owners to maximize adult learning methodologies
    • Performs needs assessments, utilizes proprietary technology for planning and sales strategies  
    • Follows up with new owners to continuously improve processes until the new owner reaches his/her targeted financial benchmark
    • Ensure new owners develop strong selling habits and skills
    • Focuses on creating habitual applications of defined sales processes
  • Conduct and/or support the on-boarding sales training programs
    • Determine training needs of new owners
    • Collaborate with training staff to deliver appropriate and effective training


Required Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Marketing preferred or equivalent/relevant on the job experience.
  • at least Five years’ experience in sales with documented history of meeting or exceeding quotas
  • Field training or coaching experience
  • Sales, Marketing and Operations/Systems Management
  • Confident and proactive communicator; must be able to manage positive relationships with franchisees
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work positively/effectively with people at all levels
  • Thrive in a fast-paced and growing industry
  • Travel will be required 20% or more
